Receiving Order?
Approach Driver Window Only, Drivers DO NOT Exit Vehicle.
Must Show Drivers ID For Scanning.
Person Receiving Order Must Be The Patient On The Account.
Change Must Be In Quarters And Can Only Be $2 Max.
If Ordering From Apartments, Patient Must Meet Drivers outside the Complex.
EX: Near Mailbox Area
Drivers Only Wait 5 Minutes After Attempting To Contact The Patient. If Patient Still Does Not Show, A $5 ReDelivery Fee Will Be Applied If You Order Again.
Order Errors?
No Exchanges For Patients Who Simply Do Not Like The Product
If We Got Your Order Wrong, We Will Exchange Product To The Correct One Free Of Charge.
For This, Driver will Show Up And Weigh Out The Incorrect Product. Whatever Weight That Shows Will Be What Is Given To The Patient For The Correct Order. Product Must Not Be Tampered With In Any Way.
EX: If The Returned Product Weighs 3.0 G, You Will Receive 3.0 G Of The Correct Product.
If Product Is Underweight- Patient Must Message Dispatch With A Photo Of The Under Weight Product On A Digital Scale. We Will Happily Return And Correct The Discrepancy.
If Wrong Address Was Provided By Patient And Driver Goes To The Wrong Location, A $5 Redelivery Fee Will Be Added.
Stiiizy & Pen Policies
When driver arrives, patients must check stiiizy pods for leaks, with patients battery or one provided by driver . If this step is declined no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
If the stiiizy is found to be leaky or defective after checking the pod , There is a 24hr period to message dispatch for an exchange. Pod must be more than half full with the original box. After 24hrs we will no longer be able to provide an exchange.
All Stiiizy Are Temperature Sensitive, Keep In Room Temperature.
